What do I need to enter?

Every guest must present a valid, government-issued photo ID.

A ticket does not guarantee admission if you do not meet the entry requirements, appear intoxicated, violate event policies, or create a safety concern.

Can I leave and re-enter?

No. Re-entry is not permitted after you enter the festival.

What is the bag policy?

Personal bags and backpacks are permitted but may not exceed 18″ × 13″ × 8″.

Large framed or multi-day hiking backpacks, duffel bags, luggage, coolers, and bags exceeding the permitted dimensions are prohibited.

All bags and their contents are subject to inspection. Opening every compartment before reaching security will help speed up screening.

What should I wear?

Check the most up to date weather forecast. As of 11:45AM, it is sunny and warm, but there is a little bit of potential drizzle in the forecast late afternoon before the sun comes back. 

Also, there are the iconic water fountains in Lake Union Park that we have chosen to keep running. Consider wearing water shoes or sandals if you want to be right up near the stage.

Are hydration packs allowed?

Yes. Hydration packs are permitted but must be completely empty upon entry.

Can I bring a water bottle?

Yes. Empty plastic or metal water bottles are permitted.

Filled water bottles, factory-sealed water bottles, glass containers, and other outside beverages are prohibited.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Exceptions may be made for medically necessary items, subject to inspection.

Can I bring an umbrella?

Personal-sized, collapsible umbrellas are permitted in the event of rain.

Golf umbrellas, beach umbrellas, and other oversized umbrellas are prohibited. Umbrellas may not obstruct walkways or create a safety concern.

Can I bring a blanket?

Yes. Personal blankets are permitted and subject to inspection. Blankets may not obstruct walkways, exits, or designated access routes.

Can I bring a chair or stool?

No. Chairs, stools, and other portable seating are prohibited.

Can I bring a totem?

Yes. Totems are permitted if they are no taller than 10 feet overall and the sign or decorative portion is no larger than 24″ × 36″.

Totems must be constructed from lightweight materials such as foam, PVC, or hollow plastic. Wood, metal, glass, sharp edges, and solid or heavy poles are prohibited. Totems must be kept upright and may not obstruct walkways, exits, or designated access routes. They may not display threatening, discriminatory, or unauthorized commercial content.

Are flow toys and fans allowed?

Yes. Flow toys are allowed (non-incendiary of course), but please be courteous of your neighbors. And yes, of course fans are allowed. They are great for cooling/fanning and looking fabulous. Clacking? Not so much. Let the music make the beat.

What accessibility accommodations are available?

A designated ADA viewing section and ADA-accessible restrooms will be available at the festival.

Guests who need help locating these amenities may ask any event staff member for assistance. Guests who need an additional accommodation are encouraged to contact the event organizers in advance using the contact information on the event page.

Are service animals permitted?

Yes. Trained service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Pets and emotional-support animals are not permitted.

What other items are prohibited?

• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances, including marijuana and related paraphernalia
• Fireworks, flares, fire-related toys, or other incendiary devices
• Glass containers
• Outside food or beverages
• Chairs, stools, or other portable seating
• Golf umbrellas, beach umbrellas, or other oversized umbrellas
• Bags larger than 18″ × 13″ × 8″
• Large framed or multi-day hiking backpacks
• Duffel bags, luggage, or coolers
• Professional cameras, video cameras, audio recorders, or other recording equipment without prior approval
• Any item security determines could create a safety concern or disrupt the event

Will I be searched?

All guests, bags, containers, and personal belongings are subject to search upon entry. Security personnel may conduct pat-downs as part of the screening process.

Refusing to participate in required security screening may result in denied entry.

Can I bring professional camera or recording equipment?

Professional cameras, video cameras, audio recorders, and other recording equipment require prior approval.

What happens if I arrive intoxicated?

Guests who appear intoxicated may be denied entry. Guests denied entry for intoxication or another violation of event policies will not receive a refund.

Can I receive a refund if I am denied entry or removed?

No. Guests denied entry or removed for violating event policies, creating a safety concern, or interfering with the experience of others will not receive a refund.

Are lockers or a coat check available?

No. The festival does not provide lockers, coat check, bag storage, or storage for prohibited items.

Guests with noncompliant bags or prohibited items must return them to their vehicle or another secure location before entering.

Will security and medical personnel be onsite?

Yes. Security and professional medical personnel will be present throughout the event.
